Project Overview
The 6 Whitham Road development is a revitalisation of an existing 3,800sqm mixed-use complex currently known as ‘Gate 1’, which will be transformed into a contemporary food, beverage and amenity hub serving Skyfields’ 160-hectare industrial and logistics precinct.
Prominently located at the corner of Whitham Road and Horrie Miller Drive in the heart of the precinct, the project is designed to enhance everyday amenity for the established business community. The redevelopment will modernise three existing buildings with upgraded interiors, façades and landscaping, while expanding food and beverage offerings for employees and visitors.
Key features include four food and beverage outlets, a central plaza-style ‘Sanctuary’ for communal use, and a laneway-style ‘Breeze Way’ connecting cafés through to the shared outdoor space. Public art curated by Voxlab Productions will further activate the site and contribute to a welcoming, vibrant environment.
Surrounded by major distribution centres and workplaces including Westrac, Epiroc, Officeworks, Woolworths, Coles and the future Pacific Energy headquarters, the 6 Whitham Road amenity hub will become a focal point for dining, connection and wellbeing within Perth’s premier industrial precinct.
